Terms and conditions of sale

1 – ANNULATION PAR LE CLIENT

a) For tours paid in two installments:

Le premier versement n’est pas remboursé (en effet, dès sa réception, Thai Trek Adventure commence les réservations d’hôtels, de véhicules, de billets d’avion, etc.).

* The second installment, covering activities, meals, guides, etc., is fully refundable for cancellations made at least 15 days before the start of the tour. If clients have paid for their tour in full in a single payment, 50% of the payment will be refunded for cancellations made at least 15 days before the start of the tour.

b) All activities, excursions and treks of 1, 2, 3 ou 4 days are not refundable.

2 – ANNULATION PAR THAI TREK ADVENTURE

En cas de force majeure, Thai Trek Adventure se réserve le droit d’annuler une activité, une excursion ou un circuit. Dans ce cas, la totalité du paiement est remboursée au client.
