Terms and conditions of sale

1 – CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

a) For tours paid in two installments:

The first payment is non-refundable (indeed, upon receipt, Thai Trek Adventure begins booking hotels, vehicles, plane tickets, etc.).

* The second installment, covering activities, meals, guides, etc., is fully refundable for cancellations made at least 15 days before the start of the tour. If clients have paid for their tour in full in a single payment, 50% of the payment will be refunded for cancellations made at least 15 days before the start of the tour.

b) All activities, excursions and treks of 1, 2, 3 ou 4 days are not refundable.

2 – CANCELLATION BY THAI TREK ADVENTURE

In the event of force majeure, Thai Trek Adventure reserves the right to cancel an activity, excursion, or tour. In this case, the full payment will be refunded to the client.
